All variants of Hisense U7Q Mini-Lead TV come with 4K (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) resolution screen with a native 144Hz refresh rate and variable refresh rate (VRR), when the game mode pro feature is capable. It also bundles AMD FREESYNC premium technology, which is asked to reduce the screen tearing and give a flicker-free view.
