Brighton has extended James Milner’s contract to a deal in another season that will take the midfielder before his 40th birthday.
Milner has been with Sagal because his contract with Liverpool joined his contract in summer in summer after his contract.
He will be 40 years old on January 4, 2026 and if he wants to give a chance to become the oldest outfield player in the Premier League, he will have to play in the next season.
The record is organized by former England Forward Teddy Sherringam, who played in the top flight to West Ham when he was 40 years old and 272 days old.
Milner performed only four top flight for Briton in the previous season as he finished eighth in the Premier League.
He started his career at Leeds United and went to play for Newcastle United, Eston Villa, Manchester City and Liverpool.
