World number one Scotty Sheffler hit an opening-round 62 to tie the lead at the Travelers Championship, with just two shots behind six with Rory McClayo.

The three -time prominent winner Jordan Spith was forced to withdraw after 13 holes with a shoulder injury.
Spith with five overs for his round, without a beardi, when he reported to play the role of fellow Luke Clanton, he was not continued and he was taken off in a car.
“I ever had any event, not at any level, so I really didn’t know what to do. It’s just too much,” Spith said.
“I probably not seen it walking till Saturday. These things are like an extra day, and no matter what I was going to do, it was just going to happen … I don’t know, it’s unfortunate.
“I am doing everything right, and I think it was very random.”
