In short, a total of 33 newborns, including 18 boys and 15 girls, entered the world on the morning of Christmas in public health facilities in Limpopo.
Additionally, the festive morning brought a unique aspect as ten teenage mothers contributed to the joyful opportunity to Limpopo hospitals. In comparison, a total of 50 newborns were seen in the province last year – 25 girls and 25 boys – with 15 mothers – being teenagers.
