A 54-year-old man has been caught after a fierce dual murder in the Dwengue region of Mid-Ilovo, south of Durban. The victims, an 83 -year -old woman and her 39 -year -old daughter were traded, shot, shot, and disposed of in a pit toilet on Wednesday.
Shaheen Suleman, head of Magma investigation and security, said that the police immediately responded to the spot on receiving the crisis call. As soon as he used to contact the suspect, he allegedly set fire and ran into a nearby bush and captured it. Despite the widespread efforts by law enforcement and security personnel, the suspected existed.
Subsequently, information about the location of the suspect emerged, for the formation of an operational team that included magma security and mid-iLovo police members. On reaching the suspect’s house, he successfully arrested him and seized 9 mm pistol without a license.
Suleman confirmed the destructive revelation that the victim was actually, the mother and sister of the suspect. Quazulu-Nottal Police spokesman Constable Thejiswa Nagakobo confirmed the incident details and revealed that the person was arrested in the Esigodini area.
The motive behind brutal murders is unknown. The suspect is scheduled to appear in the court of Richmond Magistrate on Friday to face the allegations arising out of this heinous crime.
