Apple faces a trial of the US Department of Justice, in which the iPhone manufacturer was illegally accused of dominating the US smartphone market, a judge on Monday ruled.

DOJ, along with several states and Washington, DC says the practices destroyed the competition and the apples should be stopped from continuing them.
Apple argued that its limitations were appropriate at the third party developers’ access to their technology, and that it would cool innovation to force it to share technology with the contestants.
The case is one of the series of American mistrust cases against Biden and the first Trump administration brought during the Trump administration.
