Matric pupils left with less than two weeks until they sit to write their May-June National Senior Certificate (NSC) exams, what they are writing here.

The matriculation June exam will start from May 12 and will end on 25 June for NSC students. For the students of the Independent Examination Board (IB), the exam will begin on 5 May and will continue till 27 May 2025.

NSC Exam Schedule

The first exam will be written the pupils, in the morning there are foreign languages, followed by English in the afternoon in the afternoon.

Other languages ​​will be written on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for both sessions.

Ib exam schedule

Ib student In the first session, information technology will start with paper 1 and life science paper 1 in the afternoon.

On Tuesday, Group Music Paper 1, Computer Application Technology Paper 1 and History Paper 1 will be written in the morning session, followed by music paper 2 in the afternoon.

Finally, the IB exam will conclude the Information Technology Paper 2 on 27 May.

How to deal with exam stress

As the preparation of the exam season is stressful, clinical psychologist Evelyn Nagel gave tips on how matrix can deal with stress.
